RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

 

Desco Trading believes in quality assurance and giving the best to our customers. But, we all know that mistakes are inevitable. This is why we accept returns and refunds from our customers. So, if you face any inconvenience with your order, you can return your product or can appeal for an exchange. However, in order to be eligible for an exchange or a refund, you must claim it within 30 days of your purchase.

WANT TO EXCHANGE OR CLAIM A REFUND?

Here’s how you can do it.

If you are not satisfied with the product, you have received or there is an issue with it; we suggest you contact our customer support team ASAP. You can leave an email at info@descotrading.com or you can also contact our live chat support and let us know about your concerns. If there’s an issue of size or the product is damaged; we will exchange it. But make sure you claim it within 30 days of your purchase.

Return or Refund

If you have serious concerns about the product and want your money back, you can simply ask for a refund, as we offer 100% money back! However, shipping, handling, and taxes are not refundable. Also, the customer will have to pay the charges of shipping back the order. To be eligible for a full refund you must meet these two conditions:

  1. You did not receive the product you ordered.
  2. The received product is damaged, torn, or dented.

Once we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund accordingly. The money will be refunded to you through the original payment method that you’ve used during the purchases. For credit card payments it may take up to 5-10 days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.

If the product is damaged in any way from your end or you have initiated the refund after 30 days then you will not be eligible for a refund.
